Dear valued patients,
As part of the communal effort to control the spread of COVID-19, we will be limiting our services to medical need only, effective March 24th, 2020. As recommended by the Oregon Medical Board:
It is verified that office visits with many insurance companies will cover telemedicine, at no additional cost, during this time. These visits can range from reviewing symptoms to optimizing breathing exercises and immune system boosting practices. Dr. Fletcher will be on-call at 503-222-5005 to make a 15-30 minute appointment. Visits do not need to be acute, severe or COVID-19 related. If you had a copay or deductible for office visits, these will still apply for non COVID-19 related discussions. Dr. Fletcher's hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10-3pm. You may also text a message to 541.292.2787 for urgent matters. If you are interested in purchasing herbal or nutritional supplements, we can make special arrangements. For life threatening emergencies call 911 or go to your nearest ER facility.
At this time the end of the isolation period is not known but forecasting has ranged from the end of April to the end of May. We will make every effort to help you not feel alone and isolated.
Now is a good time to introduce regular routines for self-care:
🤸♂️🧘♂️🏃♀️Consider daily exercise. There are excellent online resources for Yoga from local instructors such as People’s, Root and Mandala Yoga. Yoga Glo has thousands of online prerecorded classes. The 7 minute workout from New York Times and spontaneous at home dance parties are also recommended.
💆♀️ 🙏 🧘♀️Consider regular meditation. Now is a good time to set your intention and find ways to move anxiety and tension through and away from you.
💧💧💧Drink water! Try filling a 32 oz jar before bed and drink it first thing upon waking. 64 oz or more is a great goal.
🥕🍵🥬 Choose nourishing foods - soups, vibrant veggies. Get inspired with what you have and consider looking at international recipes.
🎶 🎨 🌱Also, don’t forget to do more art or music. Start your seedlings for your veggie and flower garden!
We have the opportunity to come out of this cocoon of isolation refreshed. We will all be needed to support each other. Be kind to one another. We have the capacity to get through this gracefully.
Preventative health is so important at this time. We can remotely learn useful practices that can help ourselves and our family with the resources we already have.
For individualized information and recommendations you will need to make an appointment.

We look forward to when we can open our doors again.
