Please note that a GPS may give two options: one up the hill from Barbur Blvd. and one down the hill (between Corbett and Kelly.) The option down the hill is the right one.

From I-5 South: Follow signs towards Hwy 43 Lake Oswego, stay in the right lane and exit West on SW Gaines. 1 block to SW Kelly and turn left. Follow SW Kelly until it dead ends at Hamilton. Turn Right on Hamilton and the clinic is the first building on the left side.

From the East: Cross the Ross Island Bridge. Exit towards Hwy 43 Lake Oswego. Follow the directions above.

From the South I-5 Northbound: Exit to Corbett. Take a left on Corbett . Proceed to the first flashing light. Take a right on
S Hamilton. Turn into the parking lot at the 2nd building on the right.

From the South-Hwy 43 Northbound: Turn Left at SW Boundary. Take a right onto SW Corbett. Proceed to the flashing light and follow the directions above.

From the West Hwy 26 Eastbound: Follow signs for 405 South. Follow signs to the Ross Island Bridge. Stay in the right lane and
Turn right onto Barbur Blvd. Take Barber Blvd approximately .5 miles to SW Hamilton. Turn left and cross Corbett. The Skyline office is the second building on the right.
